SEAI focuses on the mutual reinforcement between artificial intelligence techniques and rigorous software engineering practices.
The track welcomes work on the engineering of AI-enabled systems, the use of AI to improve software engineering activities, and the human, organizational, and ethical dimensions that shape trustworthy intelligent software.
We invite original research, experience reports, empirical studies, methods, tools, datasets, benchmarks, and reproducibility packages that advance the state of practice and research at this intersection.

Contributions may address foundations, methods, tools, empirical evidence, or deployed systems.

Official ACM SAC 2027 dates for regular papers, SRC abstracts, camera-ready copies, and author registration.
Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original work following the official ACM SAC 2027 instructions.
Papers will follow ACM SAC formatting, page-limit, anonymity, and review requirements. Authors should consult the official SAC 2027 instructions before submission.
Expected categories include regular research papers, short papers or posters, and Student Research Competition abstracts, subject to SAC 2027 rules.
Submission deadline
October 2, 2026 (EST) for regular papers and SRC abstracts.
